Alme has 30 years of sales and world-wide management experience in the high-tech industry. He has founded and successfully run previous high-tech and Web based companies. His experience includes IBM, Lotus Development, Digital Communications Associates, Sapient Consulting, and Whitman-Hart Consulting. While at Sapient, Alme managed the Worldwide relationship with Microsoft, and secured a multi-million-dollar grant from Microsoft to train and certify 400 engineers worldwide.
Although his experience in the online gaming industry continues to evolve, he has been a gamer along with his three sons and brings the vision and the passion of the business to Dead Hills. Alme earned his BS degree in Business Administration and his MBA degrees in Marketing and Organizational Development from the University of West Florida. Alme resides in Atlanta, GA.
Senior Thinker – Operations, Marketing
Peede has over 40 years of experience in the high tech industry, having began his career with AT&T, and moved into the software development field at DCA where he first met Alme in the mid-1980’s. Peede became Chief Marketing Officer at Netmanage in Cupertino, CA, VP of Product Marketing for Attachmate in Bellevue, WA, and COO for Homecom Communications in Atlanta, GA.
In 2002, Peede founded Camvera Networks, Inc., a wireless broadband company, and grew the operation to a $10M enterprise in 5 years with 10,000 subscribers in nine states.
From 2007 to 2015, Peede founded and managed his own consulting business where he assisted companies apply for and obtain USDA loans and grants for implementing rural broadband in underserved areas of the US. Late in this effort, he began consulting with Microsoft Corporation to write large Federal proposals, mainly with the Department of Defense, and for the past five years, has been an employee of Microsoft as a Senior Business Program Manager continuing this effort.

Kamal is a lifelong entrepreneur, adventurer, and tech aficionado. He is the Founder and CEO of LAMAK GROUP INC & CLOUDPRISMA and has been dedicated to growing the company’s products and markets. Additionally, he was a principal shareholder and the Executive Vice President of Profusion LLC, a search engine technology company acquired by Intelliseek, now a part of Nielsen Net ratings.
Kamal graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology (GT) in 1998 with an MBA degree in computer science and finance. He is an avid traveler and sports enthusiast, and has lived in India, Brazil and Singapore. He is also currently an Advisory Board Member for Central Gaming Agency, and Board member / Advisor for The Venture Foundry. In addition, Kamal volunteers with Covenant House – a safe harbor for homeless youth where he conducts personal and professional success mentorship programs for young adults. He is also an active member of the Indo-US commerce association for trade and policy.

Bill Beers is a technology enthusiast with 30 years in the IT industry.Always enjoying the challenges of making computers improve the lives of users.
Experience over the years has touched every aspect of software design and development. Staring during his 8 years of service in the USAF as a computer programmer working on 6 different wargames at the Air Force Wargaming Institute.
In 1996, Bill graduated from Troy State University in Montgomery with a bachelor’s in computer and Information Science, and Mathematics.
Professional career over the years has given him experience in web development, architecture, global ITmanagement and programming. He brings years… and years of gaming experience to the team. Hestarted his gaming life on pong, Atari and Intellivision, and still extremely active today.

Alessandra Saenz is a Storyboard Artist and Illustrator based in Rio de janeiro, Brazil. Owner of Brape Studios, A Digital Art Studio that produce content from Script to Animation – Mostly for Films and videogames.
She started her studies in Corriente Alterna, school of visual Arts in Lima, Peru. Then she moved to Brazil to continue With a degree in Animation and Illustration. After those schools she never stopped learning, enrolling in the best art schools online like Schoolism, CGMAmaster academy, Brainstorm School, Creature Teacher, Storyboardart org, Etc.
Her passion to draw and create had let her work in several projects such as commercials, animation studios, Video games, etc. In the field of Arts, Video Edition, Animation, Concept Art, Illustration and Storyboarding.
She also enjoys Drawing people at the beach and coffee shops, to capture a moment in life with her sketchbook.

Dr. Jarrett is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (1972) with a B.S. in electrical engineering. He successfully completed 17 years of sea duty in the submarine force with a three-year tour as Commanding Officer of the USS Daniel Boone (SSBN 629 Blue. In 1992 Dr. Jarrett graduated from the U.S. Naval War College and was awarded the President’s Award as the honor graduate of the College of Naval Warfare. Dr. Jarrett completed his doctorate at Nova Southeastern University in 2003 with a dissertation on the factors affecting the adoption of innovative technology in the aerospace industry. He completed the Senior Executive Fellows Program at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in February 2006.
Dr. Jarrett is the President and founder of Dolphin & Eagle Consulting, Inc. and focuses on assisting small business, corporate customers, and universities to transition technology from the laboratory to the marketplace.
